- Try to drink out plenty of water at least 8 – 10 glasses.
- Try out not to skip meals.
- One has to consume small well spaced meals.
- Exercise regularly as perspiration is also a important way for reduction of weight since it helps to burn down fat easily.
- Drink green tea or ginger tea. A very beneficial home remedy in obesity.
- Mix small amount of honey and fresh ginger paste. Take this with half tablespoon Guggulu to control obesity.
- Aloe Vera is very much useful in helping for weight loss.
- Hipbath for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning and evening along with the diet and the exercise recommended would speed up the process of losing weight.
- Avoid fried items, sweets, chocolates, ice creams, ghee, oil etc. Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, sprouts etc to avoid Obesity.
