Yoga is a natural way to reduce your weight permanently, which is accepted by yoga practitioners, weight loss therapists, even doctors also suggest to do yoga to burn your fat without any side effects. But make sure that you do regularly then only it will helps otherwise no use.
In yoga "Surya Namaskar" is one of the best yoga to burn your fat. Daily early morning you should perform the yoga asanas. Most of the people feel uncomfortable at starting, but its an very effective to loose weight and for better fitness of your whole body.
