Weight Loss Recipe - Peach Tart

Ingredients:
flour, 1 Tbsp.
Aspartame sweetener, 8 packets
Sliced, pitted, peeled fresh peaches OR thawed frozen peaches, 4 c.
Ground nutmeg, dash
Pie pastry, 9-inch, 1 (single crust)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out pastry onto a floured surface into about 12-inch circle. Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet. Combine flour and sweetener. Sprinkle over peaches and toss. Top pastry with peaches leaving a small border along the edges. Sprinkle with dash of nutmeg. Fold edges of pastry in, and over. Bake until crust is browned and fruit tender (about 20 to 30 minutes).
