Weight Loss with Cranberries

Fresh cranberries if juiced are a powerful detoxifier, diuretic, and one of the best cellulite remedies. Dilute one part of cranberry juice with about 4 parts of water.

To do this, you need to add 1 tsp of psyllium fiber and one tsp. of apple pectin. Stir this mixture well. Drink this "potion" 10 minutes before breakfast.
