Weight Loss with Pomegranates

Add two pomegranates to your diet each day. Eat all the seeds of the fruit. Eat one first thing in the morning with breakfast. Then eat the second pomegranate in the afternoon with your second snack.

Pomegranates are sure to help you lose fat for a few reasons. First they contain extremely high amounts of CLA or conjugated linoleic acid.

A study done by the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry also confirms that the high polyphenol and antioxidant contained in pomegranates helps to increase metabolism, therefore assisting you in cutting those unwanted weight.
